What is Reality Creation?

The events, circumstances, and people who come into your reality on a daily basis do not appear happenstance.

It is not a matter of luck or fate, or some distant and removed entity pulling the strings. Reality, as you know it, is your creation. The components that make up your reality are created by you, from the inside out. You have a wonderful ability to project the energetic material that is inside of you (thoughts, beliefs, and feelings) into the environment of time and space in which you live. You are brilliant at doing this. It comes naturally. But the problem is, you don’t really know that you are doing it. Most people have no idea that they are literally creating the reality they live in moment by moment. We are all Reality Creators. Reality comes with a set of rules, tools, and skills. Once you start to understand the rules, play with the tools, and have fun implementing the skills, you begin to realize that you are both creating, and embarking upon a wondrous and powerful journey that you know as your life. There is a system to all of this. Once you get the hang of how it all works, you will be able to manipulate and shape all the elements that make up your reality. You will then be able to transform your life into a joyous and exciting experience, and begin to bring the things that you desire into your reality. It can be challenging at the beginning for there is a bit of a learning process. But once you get a handle on it, creating reality with awareness and intention will be the most exciting and exhilarating experience in your life.

Here is a list of some ideas that capture the philosophy of Reality Creation:
  • What you see in your reality is always evidence of what you believe. What do you believe?
  • Fear is the biggest problem that you have, even if you don’t know it.
  • Everything that shows up in your reality is neutral. You give the things and events in your life meaning, and decide whether they are good or bad.
  • Everything and everyone is your mirror. You are always looking at yourself.
  • Any time you feel a negative emotion, you are in the mode of pushing away something that you want.
  • There is nothing outside of you. Changing something “out there” never works because everything is 100% within you.
  • It is not possible to fail or make a mistake. You are just having experiences. How you define and judge these experiences is up to you.
  • Your feelings are always a by-product of what you believe. If you don’t like what you feel, change your belief.
  • You cannot scream “no” at something and make it go away. Whatever you are putting your attention on you are saying “yes” to.
  • When you appreciate what you have, you will get more to appreciate. When you focus on what you do not have, you will never have enough.
