Dr. Kopolow has been a practitioner of meditation for over forty years, and has been a teacher of meditation for over 30 years.

There are hundreds of research articles in medical, psychology, and scientific journals about the positive effects of Mantra Meditation on your mental and physical health. Meditating twice a day for 20 minutes each time will allow you to feel more relaxed, calm, and focused. You will be happier, worry less, and experience a decrease in obsessive thinking. Meditation will help stabilize your mood and give you a clarity of mind which will allow you to concentrate better, and be more productive and efficient.

Dr. Kopolow teaches a form of meditation called Mantra Meditation. Mantra Meditation is a simple, easy, direct, and no-nonsense process, which can improve the quality of your life in extraordinary ways. Meditating one time under Dr. Kopolow’s instruction will provide you with everything you need to know to be able to meditate on your own for the rest of your life.

Dr. Kopolow can teach you how to meditate in-person, on the phone, or through Skype. She will teach you the actual process of meditation, and provide you with the information and support you need to continue to practice on your own. She will always be available to you to answer any questions that you may have.
